Almost 2 1/2 weeks after the fact, I am writing you as a FOUR year old. Crazy, huh? Since I have turned 4, it may be even harder for me to find time to update you all. I mean life is full of amazing opportunities.Let me tell you about my birthday. Best Day EVER. (that may just be my favorite phrase right now...that or "Whatever" which dad is not fond of) Daddy told me we were going to get donuts in the AM, so I woke up bright and early and came downstairs dressed and ready to go. I'm 4 it is a new day…time to change things up! (Although I think that is the last time they will tell me the night before on something as they kind of like me never getting out of my bed).
Anyway, the day was full of fun. I opened my gifts…a new bike!! and a baseball tee! We went to Chipotle for lunch (doesn't get better), we went to the fun park where Heidi always tries to be like me, then we went bowling. Boy was that fun!

We waited a couple weeks, but celebrated both mine and Heidi's birthday this past weekend. Frozen style. You know, cuz I'm like Elsa and she is like Anna. We had lots of yummy food, pin the nose on olaf (thanks Ava), Do you want to build a snowman, a frozen ice cream cake, music galore, and of course Elsa/Sven hats! We had so many family and friends come from near and far to celebrate us, that is so awesome! I really had fun playing with them all. I will admit that, unlike Heidi, the crowd got to me at times (i.e. when everyone was staring at me and singing), but I did love having everyone come. And surprise…there were presents for us. Boy are we lucky! We have been enjoying them so much, that we still have some left to open!
Fun.

Silly face time...

Besides the party, we also had fun watching the Huskers go to 3-0 and eat pizza with grandmas, papa, and Rachelle. And then my BFF Ava came back to play more. First she said she wasn't, then she did..and we had so much fun. I am so happy she was able to come celebrate our birthdays. That's right…she is 3 days younger than me. Since we were not together, I sent her a video to wish her a happy bday.

I wasn't able to go to her party because her bday weekend was our 2nd annual trip to Silver Dollar City! Lucas and his dad Jeremy drove down with us. Yeah, that was fun to have someone to look at. Or someone to take pictures of me crashing out!

We had so much fun playing with everyone. The Ungles, Davenports, Roues, Ludlows were also there. No one told me I was going to be the young one in the crowd, but I made the best of it. There was lots of fun to be had even if I was too short to ride a lot of the rides. There was lots of snacks to eat there…and then Mason's daddy & mommy made us homemade donuts in the morning. Seriously…doesn't get better than that!! Another fun thing…our room had bunk beds, I slept on the top and Heidi went big girl and slept on the bottom. I am working on getting some at home for us.

On Sunday we went into Branson and had so much fun riding and driving in go karts with Evan & Avery. I was a really good driver! Again, I was left to the sidelines. Seriously, I need to start growing. But I did get to ride in a ferris wheel. All of that fun was tiring, so we headed to our hotel. Yep, we decided to stay an extra night... yahoo! And our hotel was AWESOME. After a much needed nap, we went and checked out the swimming pool. Yeah, the weather was crazy. Friday was cold, and Sunday we were outside at this super sweet pool. After some swimming time, we went to ride the ducks. I was very confused by that….looked like a car to me. But then it turned out that we drove right into the water. I know, crazy. And even more crazy…I got to drive the duck on Table Rock lake. On land or water, I didn't care…I got a super cool quacker to blow. And boy did I blow it. I think dad loves it!

Oh, I have to also mention that we went miniature golfing. And I had some beginners luck, or perhaps I am a prodigy to move on to the LPGA…because I got a certifiable hole-in-one. Didn't see mom or dad do that. Just sayin'….But if not a golfer, dancing is now an option. As I have officially started dance class (tap/ballet combo) I have 3 classes under my belt and am loving it! Music Hall in May, here I come!

Can't wait! Have I told you how much I love dressing up? So Evan's pirate themed 6th bday party, was totally up my ally. And I can walk a plank like no one's business!

Of course we have to add a 'sister love' picture. Circling back to Frozen, that it true love anyway, right? Heidi and I hold hands most everywhere we go...and now that she has been promoted to sitting front facing in the car we hold hands on the way to school every day too!
Thanks everyone for making my 4th bday celebrations so awesome. Amelia OUT!
